Pension Adalat is proposed to be held on 28th August 2026 (Friday) for redressal of grievances of Pensioners/Family pensioners of Department of Telecommunications, Tamil Nadu Circle & BSNL units of Madurai BA covering Madurai SSA, Dindugul SSA and Virudhunagar SSA. Individual Pensioners/Family Pensioners may submit their grievance(s) in the prescribed proforma along with the requisite document(s) to Joint CCA (Pension) O/o the PCCA TN Circle either by post or by email "jtccapen.ccatn[at]nic[dot]in". It can also be dropped in the Pension Grievance drop box kept at Pensioners' lounge of our Office. The grievance(s) should reach Joint CCA(Pension), O/o the PCCA TN Circle, Chennai 600 008 on or before 07.08.2026 up to 06:00 PM. Pensioners/family pensioners who have submitted their grievances earlier and whose long pending grievance(s) still remain unsettled after exhausting all other available channels only shall be invited for consideration in the Adalat. In other words, grievances which are submitted directly for the first instance in the Adalat for quick redressal, without exhausting all other channels, shall not be considered. Any sub-judice, policy/system related issue and first-time cases shall not be taken for consideration. Grievances relating to issue of CDA-IDA mapping letters, EPPOs, pensioners' identity cards, transfer of PPOs, pay anomaly are not within the ambit of this Pension Adalat. Cases with insufficient details will not be considered for redressal. Cases received after the cut-off date will not be entertained. Representatives of recognized Trade Unions/Pensioners' Associations are invited to attend the Adalat. But they will not be permitted to present the grievances in absentia of the Pensioners. However, in case of illiterate Pensioners/Family Pensioners/minors, representatives of recognized Pensioners' Association will be permitted to present the grievances of such Pensioners/Family Pensioners

All the grievances shall be scrutinized and settled before date of Adalat. The notification is uploaded in the official website " www.cgca.gov.in/ccatn" from where the proforma for submitting the grievances can be downloaded. The cases shortlisted for consideration in this Adalat will be uploaded in our official website mentioned above.

The Venue and timing of the adalat will be intimated in due course.
