The Trade Promotion Council of India (TPCI) is hosting the First edition of Indusfood Ahmedabad 2026 from 24–26 July 2026 at the Helipad Exhibition Centre, Gandhinagar, Gujarat. Mr Rahul Kumar, Chair TPCI National Committee on Dairy and COO, Parag Milk Foods; Mr Ashish Aggarwal, Chair, Western Region Committee on Snacks and MD, Sunshine Food Products; Aditya Jain, Group Head – IDF & Codex, National Dairy Development Board (NSSB) and Mr. Mohit Singla, Chairman TPCI, along with the exhibitors and buyers were present during the inauguration of this show. The show brought together leading stakeholders from the food processing, packaging, retail, export, and agri-food sectors on a single platform. With this fair, Asia's one of the biggest F&B shows enters the regional editions for the first time.

This show is B2B sourcing event with 300-plus exhibitors participating. 40-plus retail chains and 15,000 trade visitors are expected to visit the show. The products are being displayed in 15 broad categories, and exclusive knowledge sessions are being held during the show. Indusfood Ahmedabad provides three days of powerful networking, strategic partnerships, and high-value business engagements — all under one roof. The show is also providing an opportunity for leading brands, buyers, retailers, and decision-makers to come together to connect, source, and grow their businesses.

Speaking about the show, Mr. Mohit Singla, Chairman, TPCI, said, "Indusfood Ahmedabad is designed to bridge the gap for grassroots-level exporters and regional producers who were unable to participate in our flagship Indusfood event in Delhi. By bringing this platform closer to home, we are empowering local businesses with direct access to global market connections, foreign buyers, and international trade opportunities—without the logistical burden of travelling far from their roots."

Gujarat, as a state, is doing phenomenally well and is among the top Indian states in terms of exports amounting to USD 116.3 billion.
An MoU was also signed on the sidelines of the show between TPCI and the Southern Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SGCCI) for cooperation for the promotion of trade and investment. Bodies like- Jammu and Kashmir Trade Promotion Organisation (JKTPO)- are also showcasing the Union Territory’s premium food, agriculture and horticulture products at Indus Food Ahmedabad 2026, aiming to expand global market access for local producers and strengthen export opportunities.
Besides the show, the two major conferences are also being hosted during the first two days. First is the Indian Food Manufacturing Summit, under which two sessions will be hosted: one on Dairy (Beyond Milk: Creating Value across India’s Dairy Chain) and another on Snacks (Beyond Snacks: Driving Innovation & Value Addition in Snack Processing and Ready-to-Eat Snack Foods). On the second day, there will be a FoodTekPack 2026 Conference.
A major highlight of the event is the launch of the Food Processing & Packaging Technology Pavilion, which provides a dedicated platform for technology providers to showcase advanced food processing machinery, automation systems, smart factory solutions, packaging technologies, cold chain infrastructure, traceability systems, AI-driven innovations, and quality testing solutions.
The exhibition features a broad spectrum of categories including dairy products, spices, pulses and grains, consumer foods, gourmet foods, oils and oilseeds, tea and coffee, sweets and confectionery, organic and health foods, vegan products, fresh fruits and vegetables, meat and seafood, dry fruits and nuts, and processed food solutions.
Further, Mr. Singla, Chairman, TPCI, said, “Indusfood Ahmedabad 2026 reflects India’s growing strength as a reliable global food sourcing and manufacturing destination. Gujarat and Western India have emerged as important hubs for food processing, value-added agriculture, and exports. Through this platform, we aim to connect regional producers and MSMEs with global markets, encourage technology adoption, strengthen supply chains, and create new opportunities for international trade partnerships.”
Chairman TPCI added, “The addition of the Processing & Packaging Technology Pavilion will further deepen industry engagement by bringing together manufacturers, processors, automation providers, and technology innovators on one integrated platform. The event will help businesses discover scalable sourcing opportunities while accelerating the growth of India’s food exports ecosystem.”
The event serves as a strategic gateway connecting global buyers, retail chains, importers, distributors, and institutional procurement agencies with India’s rapidly growing food manufacturing ecosystem, particularly from Gujarat and Western India. The event will witness participation from supermarkets, retail chains, distributors, wholesalers, food importers, exporters, hospitality buyers, food service operators, packaging companies, engineering firms, and technology solution providers.
Indusfood Ahmedabad 2026 also provided exhibitors and visitors with opportunities for live product demonstrations, buyer-seller meetings, technical knowledge sessions, networking engagements, and direct interactions with high-intent trade buyers and procurement decision-makers.
The event forms part of the larger Indusfood series organised by TPCI, which has emerged as one of Asia’s leading food and beverage trade show platforms, with growing international participation and an expanding regional footprint.
