The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI), Regional Office Mumbai, today inaugurated a new Aadhaar Seva Kendra (ASK) in Navsari, Gujarat, reinforcing its mission to deliver trusted digital identity services and strengthen the vision of Digital India.

Key Highlights

• Convenient Access: Located at - Prabha kunj Heights, Near Daboo Hospital- Sandhkuwa- Navsari - 396445, the ASK will operate 7 days a week, offering enrolment, free biometric updates for children aged 5–17, demographic corrections, and on-site grievance redressal.

• Inclusive Infrastructure: The centre is equipped with modern facilities, wheelchair access, accessible restrooms, and a dedicated ASK Manager to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Digital Tools: Residents can pre-book appointments at UIDAI Appointment Portal  (https://bookappointment.uidai.gov.in), while geo-tagged ASK locations are available on the Bhuvan Aadhaar Portal (https://bhuvan-app3.nrsc.gov.in/aadhaar).
• Future-Ready Services: Specialized biometric update camps in schools are being organized to secure the digital identities of the next generation.

The inauguration was graced by Shri C.R. Patil, Hon’ble Union Cabinet Minister for Jal Shakti GoI, Shri Rakesh Desai, Hon’ble MLA (Navsari), Shri Bhurabhai Shah, President BJP Navsari,  Shri Ashokbhai Dhorajiya, Hon’ble Mayor, Shri Manish Gurwani, IAS, District Collector Navsari, Sh. Rahul Patel, IPS, SP Navsari along with Capt. Lovekesh Thakur, DDG, UIDAI RO Mumbai, Sh. Rajesh Kumar Gupta, ITS, Director and Smt. Sanju Bala, Deputy Director,  UIDAI State Office Gujarat and Senior Administrative Officers from the Government of Gujarat.

Speaking on the occasion, Shri C.R. Patil, Hon’ble Union Cabinet Minister for Jal Shakti GoI,  said: “This modern ASK in Navsari will ensure faster, more convenient and transparent Aadhaar services for our residents. It is another milestone in realizing the vision of Digital India and expanding our national footprint.”

All Aadhaar Seva Kendras are directly operated by UIDAI through their partner to ensure uniform service standards, robust data security, and timely grievance redressal, reaffirming its mandate of providing every resident with a trusted digital identity.
