The Directorate of Census Operations (DCO), Gujarat was privileged to welcome renowned former Indian international cricketer Shri Karsan Ghavri, who visited the Directorate today.

Shri Ghavri also met with the Secretary State Census Nodal Department, Smt. Ardra Agarwal, and the State Coordinator, Shri Rajesh Manjhu – RIC .

Shri Ghavri visited the DCO office , Sh Sujal Mayatra – Director warmly welcomed him during interaction Sh Ghavri  emphasized the importance of active public participation in the Census. He appealed to all citizens to extend their full cooperation to Census officials and provide accurate information, highlighting that reliable Census data plays a vital role in planning and development initiatives for the nation.

The Directorate of Census Operations, Gujarat expressed its gratitude to Shri Karsan Ghavri for his support and valuable contribution in creating public awareness about the significance of the Census.
