The State Level Coordinator (SLC) for the Oil Industry in Tamil Nadu and Puducherry, Shri V C Asokan, has issued a statement assuring the public that adequate stocks of Petrol and Diesel are available across all Retail Outlets of Public Sector Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs), including IOCL, BPCL, and HPCL, in the region.

The entire fuel supply chain, spanning from Terminals and Depots up to the Retail Outlets, is functioning normally, efficiently, and without any disruption. Fuel supplies are being continuously monitored, and replenishment operations are progressing smoothly across the State. All Retail Outlets are operating normally and remain fully equipped to meet the daily fuel requirements of consumers in Tamil Nadu and Puducherry.

In light of this, the public is requested not to indulge in panic buying or over-stocking of fuel. The Oil Marketing Companies remain fully committed and prepared to ensure uninterrupted fuel supplies to the people of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry. The Oil Industry continues to closely coordinate logistics, stock movement, and retail operations to ensure seamless fuel availability across the entire region. The public is advised to remain assured and continue with their normal fuel consumption patterns.
