Ministry of Tribal Affairs funds these projects under the Centrally Sponsored Scheme- “Support to Tribal Research Institute” and “Proviso to Article 275 (1)” based on the additional requirements and proposals received from State Governments who are responsible for the selection of land, preparation of Detailed Project Report (DPR) and construction of these museums.
