The 5th batch of delegates from Tamil Nadu, comprising professionals and artisans, visited the Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple today as part of the Kashi Tamil Sangamam 4.0. The temple’s Shastris welcomed them with Vedic chants. The delegates offered prayers at the temple and expressed gratitude for the opportunity to visit the sacred site.

Following the welcome, the temple administration organised a guided tour of the Shri Kashi Vishwanath Dham corridor. The group was briefed on the historical significance of the temple complex, its architectural features, newly developed facilities and the increasing number of pilgrims visiting the Dham.

The visit concluded with lunch at the temple-run Annakshetra, where prasad was served. The darshan and guided tour deepened the group’s understanding of the city’s cultural and spiritual heritage. The visit further strengthened the connection between Tamil Nadu and Kashi, reflecting the spirit of Ek Bharat, Shreshtha Bharat.
