The 125th Dak Adalat of Kerala Postal Circle is scheduled to be held on 30th December at 3 PM, at the office of the Chief Postmaster General, Kerala Circle, Thiruvananthapuram 695033.

The complaints/ petitions and disputes which will be taken up in the Adalat will cover matters relating to postal services including Counter Services, Savings Bank, Money Orders etc.

Those who wish to file the cases before the Dak Adalat may send their petition/ complaint including their mobile number at email pg.kl@indiapost.gov.in  or cpmg_ker@indiapost.gov.in  with subject “CIRCLE DAK ADALAT- QE DEC 2025” addressed to Smt. Sheeja O R, Assistant Director (Customer Satisfaction), Office of the Chief Postmaster General, Kerala Circle, Thiruvananthapuram 695033.

The items for consideration in the Dak Adalat should reach the above email id on or before 22nd December 2025. Complaints  & Petitions taken up in any of the previous Adalats will not be considered in the present Adalat.
