The Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO), Regional Office Naroda, commemorated National Sports Day with a three-day programme organised from 29th to 31st August 2025. The event was aimed at promoting physical fitness, team spirit, and a healthy work environment among officials and staff.

The observance commenced on 29th August 2025 with the administration of a fitness pledge at the Regional Office, Naroda, reaffirming the collective commitment towards health and well-being. Over the course of three days, a series of sporting activities were conducted, including volleyball, badminton, basketball, tug of war, and the traditional lemon race. Officers and staff members participated enthusiastically, displaying a spirit of discipline, cooperation, and sportsmanship.

The programme was organised under the guidance of Shri Yogesh Kumar, Regional PF Commissioner I (OIC), who has consistently encouraged officials and staff to adopt a healthy lifestyle and emphasised the importance of physical fitness for overall well-being.

The celebration of National Sports Day at EPFO Naroda not only encouraged active participation in physical activities but also underscored the organisation’s emphasis on employee welfare and the holistic development of its workforce.
