The National Institute of Ayurveda (NIA), Panchkula celebrated National Sports Day on the occasion of Major Dhyan Chand Rashtriya Khel Mahotsav with great enthusiasm. The celebration began with the lamp lighting ceremony by Dean I/C Prof. Satish Gandharve.

 

 

Dr. Gaurav Garg (DMS Coordinator), Prof. Prahalad Raghu, faculty members, and students actively participated in the event. Various sports activities including Volleyball, Badminton, Carrom, and Chess were organized.

The event was successfully coordinated by the Sports Committee, with special efforts from Dr. Sameet Masand.

The institute conveys its gratitude to Hon’ble Vice Chancellor Prof. Sanjeev Sharma and Dean Prof. Gulab Pamnani for their constant guidance and support.
