అస్సాం ముఖ్యమంత్రి శ్రీ హిమంత బిశ్వశర్మ ఈ రోజు దిల్లీలో ప్రధాన మంత్రి శ్రీ నరేంద్ర మోదీతో సమావేశమయ్యారు.
