Vice-Chancellor Prof. P. Prakash Babu inaugurated a Reverse Osmosis (RO) Water Plant with a capacity of 250 litres per hour in the Humanities and Social Sciences Block situated in the Silver Jubilee Campus of the University. This facility aims to provide students in the vicinity with access to safe and hygienic drinking water.

   

The RO plant has been sponsored by Indian Bank under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative, with an approximate cost of ₹5 lakhs.
