BSNL Joins Nationwide "Customer Service Month" Initiative

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has launched ‘Customer Service Month' (CSM) from April 1 to April 30, 2025, to enhance customer experience.

This special drive focuses on resolving service-related issues, improving network quality, and strengthening customer engagement.

Key activities under CSM include grievance redressal camps at Customer Service Centres (CSCs), special field drives to resolve long-pending complaints, proactive service monitoring, and digital outreach campaigns.

This initiative underscores BSNL’s commitment to customer satisfaction and aims to enhance service reliability, faster FTTH provisioning, and improved customer trust.

BSNL Chennai Telephones urges all customers to actively participate and make this drive a success, reinforcing BSNL’s position as a customer-first telecom provider.
