In accordance with Article 151(2) of the Constitution of India, the Comptroller and Auditor General of India is required to forward the "Audit Reports on the Accounts of the State Government to the Governor of the State who causes them to be laid on the table of State Legislature.

The Report of the Comptroller and Auditor General of India on Performance Audit of Public Health Infrastructure and Management of Health Services - Government of Punjab (Report No. 4 of the year 2024), containing results of the Performance Audit of Public Health Infrastructure and Management of Health Services' in the State of Punjab, has been laid on the table of the State Legislature on 25 March 2025. Softcopies of the Audit Report (English and Punjabi versions) along with a copy of Press Brief are sent herewith for necessary action.
