Disha Foundation Hosts Public Leadership Camp 3.0: Shaping Leaders for Tomorrow

Disha Foundation successfully organized the 3rd Edition of its Public Leadership Camp, a 3-day residential program designed to equip young minds with the skills and values needed to become future leaders.
Founded by Shri Dinesh Patel in 2011, Disha Foundation operates with the guiding principle "सर्वभूत हिते रता:", which translates to "True happiness lies in working for the welfare of all." Shri Patel has been instrumental in training over 1,000 youth, many of whom are actively contributing to nation-building across diverse sectors.
The event was honored by the presence of distinguished personalities, including Shri Purnesh Modi (MLA, Surat West), Shri Hasmukh Rana (Founder of Auro University), Shri SP Lukhi (Managing Director, JK Star), Shri Nikhil Yadav (Seh-Prant Pramukh, Vivekanand Kendra, Uttar Prant), Shri Ravi Bhadouria (Founder, Chintan Pratishthan, SVNIT), and Dr. Rohit Tiwari (Director, Disha Foundation).
The event was graced by the presence of Hon. Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya, Union Minister of Health & Family Welfare, a youth leader with over three decades of impactful public service. In his keynote address, Dr. Mandaviya emphasized the critical role of such camps in nurturing youth leaders, highlighting the Foundation’s unique focus on quality over quantity. He lauded Disha Foundation for giving the youth of Bharat the "right Disha" (direction) and stressed the importance of initiatives like these in building a Viksit Bharat (Developed India).
Dr. Mandaviya also announced the upcoming Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue scheduled for 10 - 12 January, where 1,500 students, selected from a pool of over 30 lakh participants, will present their vision for a developed India to Hon. Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Drawing from his personal experiences, Dr. Mandaviya shared how India’s rich cultural heritage and traditional wisdom provided solutions during the COVID-19 crisis. He underscored the importance of integrating the five resolutions laid out by the Prime Minister to achieve the vision of a Viksit Bharat.
Disha Foundation, registered as Divya Disha Foundation, aims to empower youth by instilling leadership skills, cultural values, and civic responsibility. With a focus on cultural nationalism and selfless service, the Foundation is committed to shaping a generation of leaders dedicated to societal welfare and ready to tackle future challenges.
Through initiatives like the Public Leadership Camp, Disha Foundation continues to inspire and prepare young minds to serve the nation with dedication and unity.
