As part of 'Dak Sewa Jan Sewa' initiative, the Chief Postmaster General, Tamilnadu Postal Circle, Department of Posts, India will conduct a 'Dak Adalat' in the Office of the Chief Postmaster General, Tamilnadu Circle, Mount Road Head Post Office Complex, Anna Salai, Chennai - 600 002. Participation is open to all customers of 11832 post offices serving Tamil Nadu state and the UT of Pondicherry.

Customers are requested to send their feedback on how to improve customer satisfaction and quality of postal services to Smt. E. Sundareswari, Assistant Director (CS, Inspection & Philately), O/o the Chief Postmaster General, Tamilnadu Circle, Chennai - 600 002 on or before 10.01.2025. Customers can also send their feedback through email to pg.tn@indiapost.gov.in  with the caption 'Dak Adalat'.
