The Department of Public Enterprises (DPE), Ministry of Finance, is observing Special Campaign 4.0 for institutionalizing Swachhata and minimising pendency in Government Offices from 2^nd October to 31^st October 2024

During Special Campaign 3.0, the DPE had successfully met all the targets during the period of 2^nd October to 31^st October, 2023. The Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) has announced Special Campaign 4.0 from 2^nd October, 2024 to 31^st October, 2024 with focus on ‘Swachhata and minimising pendency in Government Offices.

Shri Tuhin Kanta Pandey, Finance Secretary and Secretary, DIPAM and DPE, chaired a meeting of officers of the DPE to review the preparations of 'Swachhata Hi Seva' Campaign and 'Special Campaign 4.0' on 11.09.2024.

The achievements of the DPE during the Special Campaign during the period of November 2023 to August 2024 are as below: -

 

1. 1. All Public Grievances have been disposed of as on August, 2024.
   2. A total number of 871 files were digitized.
   3. Space has been freed out and the compactors have been removed during the modernization/ renovation of Department of Public Enterprises, housed in block 14 at ground floor, 3^rd floor, 4^th floor and 5^th floor. A courtyard in the Ground floor of the Department has also been set up.

The DPE is committed to put efforts to identify the targets during the preparatory phase from 16^th September, 2024 to 30^th September 2024 of the Special Campaign 4.0 which will be achieved during the period of implementation phase from 2^nd October 2024 to 31^st October 2024.
