Walk In Interview for Agents to sale of Postal Life Insurance

A walk in interview for enrollment of PLI/RPLI Direct Agents will be held at Office of Senior Superintendent of Post Offices, Tambaram Division, Chennai 600 045 situated at I floor of Tambaram Head Post Office on 30.07.2024 at 11.00 Hrs. Interested candidates who fulfill the following eligibility criteria may attend the interview along with original certificates and documents.

Eligibility conditions:-

  1. The applicant should have passed 10th standard or equivalent examination conducted by and recognized Board of Educational institution of India.
  2. The Minimum and Maximum age of the applicant shall be 18 years and 50 years respectively on the date of interview.
  3. Unemployed/Self employed educated youth/Ex life advisor/Ex agents of any insurance company, Ex-servicemen, Anganwadi workers, Mahila Mandal Workers, Retired Teachers, Self help Groups, Gram Pradhan, Members of Gram Panchayat etc… are eligible to apply.
  4. Its’ not a Government Job and purely commission based work.
  5. The Candidate should not be an authorized agent of any other Life Insurance Companies.
  6. Selected candidate needs to pay rs.5000 as Caution deposit in the form of National Savings Certificate/Kisan Vikas Patra pledged in favour of President of India and Rs.50/- for provisional licence fee.
  7. The candidate must bring one Passport Size photo, copy of PAN/Aadhar card and copies of educational qualification certificates.
  8. No Travelling  allowance will be paid
