Under the visionary leadership of Prof. Dr. Sameer Sood, the institute's Fashion Design Students Batch 2020-24 showcased their exemplary talents, advocating for sustainability in the fashion industry.

Themed "Sustainability - a Holistic Perspective on Environmental and Human Well-being," the showcase transcended mere environmental protection, emphasizing the symbiotic relationship between sustainability, human health, and ecological balance.

The designs presented by NIFT Gandhinagar designers highlighted the imperative of mindful consumption, prioritizing quality over quantity to combat the detrimental effects of overconsumption in the fabric and fast fashion industry. Spearheaded by Ms. Vaishnavi, Ms. Chatanya Kohli, Ms. Gauri Meena, Ms. Kashish Patel, Ms. Sanika Parab, Ms. Shreya Tidke, and Ms. Srushti Patil, the collection underscored the urgent need for responsible resource management and renewable alternatives.
