The Postmaster General, Goa Region, has announced the convening of the 57th Regional Level Dak Adalat on 19th March 2024 at 11:00 Hrs.  This initiative aims to provide a platform for aggrieved customers to voice their concerns directly to departmental functionaries and seek resolution promptly. The Dak Adalat will be held at Office of Postmaster General, Goa Region, Panaji 403001. 

The Dak Adalat will address complaints and grievances pertaining to postal services within the Goa Region, which have remained unresolved for a period exceeding six weeks. Grievances related to Mails, Speed Post, Counter Services, Savings Banks, and non-payment of money orders will be diligently considered.

Customers are urged to provide comprehensive details in their complaints, including dates, names, and designations of the officers to whom the original complaint was addressed. This will facilitate a thorough examination and expeditious resolution of the issues raised.

Interested individuals are requested to submit their complaints in duplicate to the Asstt Director Postal Services-1, Office of Postmaster General, Goa Region, Panaji 403001. The deadline for the receipt of complaints is 11th March 2024.

Postal services constitute a vital component of the socio-economic fabric of our nation, touching the lives of citizens across diverse segments. Acknowledging the significance of seamless communication and service delivery, the Department of Posts remains committed to ensuring the utmost satisfaction of its customers. However, recognizing that occasional lapses may occur, the Department endeavors to address grievances and complaints effectively.
