Gandhinagar, Gujarat, October 29, 2023, The Uttar Pradesh Police Department, under its flagship program Mission Karmayogi, recently visited the campus of Rashtriya Raksha University in Gandhinagar, Gujarat. The 100-hour stay of the police force at the campus was marked by a series of interactive sessions and workshops, aimed at inspiring and empowering the youth, NGOs, villagers, and local people to come together and understand the mindset of the common people related to the police.

During their 100-hour stay under Mission Karmayogi, the UP Police personnel actively shared their experiences and expertise with students, faculty members, and the general public. The objective was to create an open dialogue and encourage collaboration between the police force and the community.

The UP Police team, comprising of officers and experts from various fields, shared their expertise with the students, faculty members, and common people in the fields of community policing, drug enforcement, substance abuse, domestic violence and child abuse, police communication, cyber security and fraud awareness, crime prevention, crowd management, women empowerment, and the importance of physical fitness. By imparting their expertise in these areas, they aimed to raise awareness among the participants about these critical issues that affect society.

The interactive sessions and workshops were well-received by the participants, who appreciated the efforts of the UP Police in reaching out to the public and building trust through open communication. The UP Police personnel encouraged participants to share their thoughts, concerns, and suggestions regarding law enforcement practices. This open dialogue helped bridge the gap between the police force and the community by fostering mutual understanding and trust.

The visit also served as an opportunity for the UP Police personnel to gather valuable insights from students, faculty members, common people, and other stakeholders. By actively listening to their perspectives and experiences, the officers gained a deeper understanding of the challenges faced by different segments of society. This knowledge will enable them to develop more effective strategies to address these issues in collaboration with the community.

The visit of the UP Police to the RRU campus under Mission Karmayogi was a success, and helped to strengthen the bond between the police and the public. The interactive sessions and workshops provided an opportunity for the participants to learn about the various initiatives and programs of the UP Police, and to seek solutions to their problems.

Mission Karmayogi is an initiative undertaken by the UP Police to enhance professionalism within the force while promoting community engagement. By reaching out to various stakeholders and sharing their expertise, the police personnel aim to create a safer and more inclusive society. After the completion of 100 hours their activities in RRU UP Police Officials received Professional Capacity-Building Teaching Certificate from the University.
