Shri Ganesh V Sawaleshwarkar has assumed the charge of Chief Postmaster General, Gujarat Circle, Ahmedabad today, 25.10.2023. He is an officer of the 1995 batch of Indian Postal Service and has worked in various capacities in Maharashtra, Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh and at the Postal Directorate, New Delhi. He was earlier Director, Postal Training Centre, Vadodara. He has been associated with the IT Modernisation Project of the Department. He was also mentioned by the Hon'ble Prime Minister in his 'Mann Ki Baat' in December, 2015.
