Dr. Kevin Ark Kumar, Honorary Secretary IEI TLC      The Institution of Engineers (India) ,  Tiruchirappalli Local Centre Celebrated the 56th National Engineers day on Friday, in Commomeration of 163^rd birth day of one of the greatest Indian Engineers, Bharat Ratna Sir. Mokshagundam Visvesvaraya and who is called as the father of Indian Engineers. Er. N. Gopalaswamy, Former Director of Dalmia Cements limited, participated as the Chief guest and presented the IEI TLC BEST ENGINEER AWARD - 2023 to Dr. S. Karuppasamy, Former Chairman IEI TLC and Former Additional General Manager BHEL Trichy for appreciating his untiring seamless  services to IEI fraternity and to BHEL. In his address, he emphasized the Engineers to innovate and invent newer material with high resilient and safer to use in construction and young Engineer should have the positive and creative thinking to navigate the world.

Dr.S. Karuppasamy, in his acceptance speech, as the God s creation of man, woman, birds, animals and nature are so perfect and unique, so we the budding Engineers with our high potential and Engineering Education should create marvelous things with very high utility and beneficial to the society.  R. Selvaraj, Engineer Past chairman presided over the function and welcomed the gathering and Dr. S. Ravi Maran , Professor, Saranathan Engineering college offered the felicitation. Dr. Kevin Ark Kumar who organised the event, proposed vote of thanks. Many eminent personalities from NITT, BHEL and members of IEI,and their family and students large in numbers are participated the event.
