In accordance with Article 151(2) of the Constitution of India, the Comptroller and Auditor General of India is requied to forward his Audit Reports on the accounts of the Government of Tamil Nadu to the Governor, who causes it to be laid on the table of the State legislatue.

Accordingly, the Audit Report of the Comptroller and Auditor General of India for the year ended 31 March 2022 – Compliance Audit – Government of Tamil Nadu, was handed over to the Hon’ble Governor of Tamil Nadu on 07.06.2023 for laying before the state legislature, according to a Press Release issued by Principal Accountant General Thiru C.Nedunchezhian.
