In connection with the 6th edition of the Pariksha Pe Charcha, a district level painting competition for school children was organized for both South Goa and North Goa Districts today. Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant distributed Prizes to the winners of the competition.

  

Kendriya Vidyalaya No.1 Vasco Da Gama ,Goa was chosen as the nodal school for conducting the competition for South Goa District while INS Mandovi Kendriya Vidyalaya was the nodal school for North Goa District. More than 200 students participated in this event. Copies of the book ‘Exam Warriors’ and certificates were given to all participants.

Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant said that this initiative will help in reducing the exam stress of the students. The initiative by the Prime Minister is a well thought out programme for the overall development of the students, he added.

This district level mega painting competition is a curtain-raiser to Pariksha Pe Charcha 2023. Students expressed happiness about the painting competition and said that it will help them in reducing exam-related stress while also boosting their creativity.

Two students and one teacher from Goa are set to participate in the main event on 27th January to be held in Talkatora Stadium, Delhi.
