On the occasion of “International Youth Day”, Special cancellation and Picture Postcards were released online by Ms. Veena Srinivas, Chief Postmaster General, Maharashtra Circle, Mumbai, Shri Amitabh Singh, Postmaster General (Mail Management), Shri. Vijay Kumar, GM Finance, Shri. R.K. Jayabhaye, Postmaster General, Goa Region, Panaji, Shri. Narasimha Swamy, Sr. Supdt. of Post Offices, Goa Division Panaji in the presence of  Ms. Shweta Goankar, Agricultural Entrepreneur, Goa and Philatelist on 12th Aug 2022 at Conference Hall, Tapal Bhavan, Panaji.

A Pack of Postcard released by Chief Postmaster General, Maharashtra Circle contained 06 Postcards on Youths which includes two Goan youths namely Ms. Bhakti Kulkarni, Indian Chess Player who received the FIDE titles of Woman Grandmaster [WGM] in 2012 and International Master [IM] in 2019 and Ms. Shweta Goankar, Agricultural Entrepreneur who climbs trees especially tall palms with exemplary skills. She is an inspiration to all those who want to explore new horizons & challenge the traditional norms.
