Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi will inaugurate Global Ayush Investment & Innovation Summit 2022 at Mahatma Mandir, Gandhinagar in Gujarat on 20^th April 2022 (Wednesday). The three day summit will bring together country’s key policy makers, entrepreneurs, investors, startups and other national/international stakeholders to deliberate on innovation and make India a global Ayush destination for entrepreneurship.

The inaugural ceremony of the summit will be graced by Shri Pravind Jugnauth Prime Minister of Mauritius and Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, Director General of World Health Organization (WHO), Chief Minister of Gujarat Shri Bhupendra Patel, Union Minister of Ayush Shri Sarbananda Sonowal and Minister of State Dr. Munjpara Mahendrabhai Kalubhai.

Over the three days the global ayush investment and innovation summit 2022 will have 5 plenary sessions, 8 roundtables, 6 workshops, 2 symposiums. After inauguration day 1 of the summit will be followed by technical sessions. These sessions will have two roundtable, which will be focused on diplomat’s conclave and Indian ayush opportunities for the world. Diplomat conclave will see tentative participation from embassies of Republic of Congo, Lesotho,  Mali,  Mexico,  Rwanda, Togo,  Mongolia, Bangladesh, Chile, Cuba, Gambia, Jamaica, Thailand, Kyrgyzstan, Zimbabwe, Costa Rica and representative from US department of health and Human Services, US embassy.

First day’s second roundtable will be focused on deliberation to collaboration - G2B interactions between key Ministries and Industries/Entrepreneurs/Start-ups, Ayush in FMCG conclave and globalization of yoga certification. Day one will end with plenary session on Ayush-Global Industry Prospects: Investment opportunities (Industry Size & Projections, Regulatory Aspects, Export of Products & Services).

The event has been scheduled in multiple parts from 20 to 22 April 2022, which will advocate global understanding of Ayush education, research, innovation, entrepreneurship and sustained health across all Ayush systems.
