Union Minister of State for Ports, Shipping & Waterways and Tourism Shripad Naik today released a souvenir of ‘Scheduled Caste Welfare Association and Rebuild India Trust-Goa’. Association announced 1st Goa Scheduled Cast Star Award 2022 to honor individuals from SC community for their notable achievements and contribution in their field of expertise. The award ceremony will be held on May 1st at Banquet Hall (Caculo Mall) Panaji.

Shripad Naik welcomed the initiative and said that appreciation in the form award is a very good thing, that inspires the individuals to work for the welfare of the community. The Minister congratulated and thanked Rebuild India Trust and SC Welfare Association for this noble gesture. The initiative will ultimately benefit Goa to develop and progress as a whole, said Shri Naik.

12 star awards in the field of Goa SC Star Doctor, Goa SC Star Teacher, Goa SC star Engineer, Goa SC Star Businessperson, Goa SC Star Lawyer, Goa SC Star government servant, Goa SC Star Artist, Goa SC Star Professor, Goa SC Star Sportsperson, Goa SC Star Social Worker, Goa SC Star Media Persons, Goa SC Star Woman will be awarded.
