The Regional Passport Office, Chennai is committed to redress public grievances on passport related matters.  Passport grievances are currently received and attended through tele-con, emails, virtual enquiry through skype & twitter, in addition to the above mechanisms, a virtual interaction on a whatsapp video call between the Regional Passport Officer and other senior officials of passport office with passport applicants will also be conducted on every Tuesday between 12.00 hrs and 13.00 hrs, starting from 7th September, 2021.  Passport applicants are hereby advised to use this facility through WhatsappNo. +917305330666.
