Shri M Annadurai IIS today assumed charge as the Additional Director General, Press Information Bureau, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Chennai.

An Indian Information Service officer, Shri Annadurai had served as Director (News) Doordarshan Podhigai and Director of Regional Outreach Bureau.

He had been Personal Secretary / Officer on Special Duty to the Union Ministers of Finance, Justice, Law, Information and Broadcasting and Textile Ministries.

Shri Annadurai joined the Indian Information Service in 1995.
