Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is going to conduct Recruitment to 244 Categories of Posts with 1157 vacancies (tentative) for different Ministries / Departments / Organisations of the Government of India through Phase VIII/2020/Selection Posts in the Computer Based Examination (CBE) Mode.  Detailed advertisement along with eligibility criteria, terms & conditions and application format etc. is available on the Commission’s website ssc.nic.in and Southern Regional Office website sscsr.gov.in.

2.       The above said Advertisement includes 9 Categories of Posts with 32 vacancies in respect of SSC (Southern Region), Chennai.  This comprises of 7 Graduate Level, 1 Higher Secondary Level and 1 Matric Level Posts.

3.  Fee is exempted for all women candidates and candidates belonging to SC./ST/ESM/PwD (OH/HH/VH/Others) Categories eligible for reservation as per Government Orders.

4.  Eligible candidates may apply online through the website of the Commission ssc.nic.in from 21.02.2020 till 20.03.2020 (upto 23.59pm).  The said examination is tentatively scheduled to be held from 10.06.2020 to 12.06.2020.
