ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ, ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਨਰੇਂਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਨੇ ਸੁਬਰਾਮਣੀਆ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਦੀ ਜਨਮ ਵਰ੍ਹੇਗੰਢ 'ਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਯਾਦ ਕੀਤਾ।

ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ, "ਮਹਾਨ ਸੁਬਰਾਮਣੀਆ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਜਯੰਤੀ 'ਤੇ ਯਾਦ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ। ਸਤਿਕਾਰ ਵਜੋਂ 'ਮਹਾਕਵੀ ਭਰਤਿਆਰ' ਦੇ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰਸਿੱਧ, ਭਾਰਤੀ ਦੇਸ਼ ਭਗਤੀ, ਸਮਾਜਿਕ ਸੁਧਾਰ, ਕਾਵਿ ਪ੍ਰਤਿਭਾ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਰਭੈਤਾ ਦੀ ਅਜਿੱਤ ਭਾਵਨਾ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਕ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਰਚਨਾਵਾਂ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਿਤ ਕਰਦੇ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ।

ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਇੱਕ ਵਾਰ ਕਿਹਾ ਸੀ। ਜੇਕਰ ਇੱਕ ਵੀ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਭੁੱਖਮਰੀ ਦਾ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਰ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਅਸੀਂ ਪੂਰੀ ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਤਬਾਹ ਕਰ ਦੇਵਾਂਗੇ। ਇਹ ਮਨੁੱਖੀ ਦਰਦ ਨੂੰ ਘੱਟ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਸਸ਼ਕਤੀਕਰਨ ਨੂੰ ਅੱਗੇ ਵਧਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਦ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟੀਕੋਣ ਨੂੰ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ।
