National Company Law Tribunal is a quasi  judicial authority established by the Government of India under Section 408 of the Companies Act, 2013 for the purpose of adjudication of Corporate Civil disputes arising under the Companies Act, 2013 and the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has set up fourteen Regional Benches, one Principal Bench at New Delhi and one each Regional Bench at New Delhi, Ahmedabad, Allahabad, Bengaluru, Chandigarh, Chennai, Cuttak, Guwahati, Jaipur, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, Amravati and Kochi.

Presently, the Ahmedabad Bench of NCLT is functioning with two Courts at Anand House, B/h Zydus Hospital, Off S.G. Highway, Thaltej, Ahmedabad – 380059. At this point, we would like to inform that this Bench is in the process of shifting to newly constructed Corporate Bhawan at Thaltej, Ahmedabad and the Courts will start functioning from the new premises with effect from 21^st October, 2019. The formal inauguration of the new court complex is scheduled to be held on 19^th October, 2019.

It is, therefore, requested that the fact that NCLT Ahmedabad Bench is going to start functioning from 1^st and 2^nd Floor, Corporate Bhawan, Beside Zydus Hospital, Off S.G. Highway, Thaltej, Ahmedabad – 380059 with effect from 21^st October, 2019 is given wide publicity in print and electronic media.
