The Income Tax Department, Tamilnadu & Puducherry is dedicating the first fortnight of June 2018  (i.e., from 1st June 2018 to 15th June 2018) for attending to the grievance of the taxpayers with regard to pending Appeal Effects and Rectification applications. All the officers located in the State of Tamilnadu & the Union Territory of Puducherry would be attending to the grievances. The taxpayers and/or their Representatives who wish to explain their cases in person may meet their respective jurisdictional Assessing Officers in the first half of working day during the fortnight.  The taxpayers may avail this opportunity to get their grievances redressed.
