The Vice President of India, Shri M. Venkaiah Naidu has greeted the people on the auspicious occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi. In a message, he said that Lord Ganesh is revered as an embodiment of wisdom, prosperity and good fortune in our country. Invoking the auspicious name of Lord Ganesh before start of any good work and project is a common practice, he added.
