NEW INDIA PLEDGE ‘SANKALP SE SIDDHI’, ADMINISTERED AT VARIOUS INSTITUTIONS IN HYDERABAD TODAY ON THE OCCASION OF COMMEMORATION OF QUIT INDIA MOVEMENT’S 75TH ANNIVERSARY

Shri M.V.V.S. Murthy, Director General, Press Information Bureau administered the New India Pledge ‘Sankalp se Siddhi’,  by PIB, Hyderabad Staff on the occasion of Commemoration of 75th Anniversary of the Quit India Movement, today at the office of the  PIB- Hyderabad, CGO towers, Kavadiguda.

 

Shri M. Devendra, Joint Director, DFP, Hyderabad has administered the Sankalp Se Siddhi pledge to all officials and staff members of the DFP at Kendriya Sadan, Koti. All the staff of DFP units in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana was also took the pledge.

 

DPD staff (both Yojana Telugu and Sales Emporium staff) took ‘Sankalp Se Sidhi' oath at the inauguration of Book Exhibition on the eve of 75th anniversary of Quit India movement at Osmania University Library.  University Registrar Prof. Ramachandram, OSD Prof. Limba Reddy, Registrar Prof. Gopal Reddy, University Chief Librarian Shri Pavan Kumar, Vijayakumar Vedagiri, AD- Yojana Telugu and Shri Sirajuddin Mohd, Editor- Yojana Telugu participated in the programme.

 

Also the staff and students of the EFL University, Hyderabad, took a pledge today to build a new India that is clean, poverty-free, corruption-free, terrorism-free, communalism-free and casteism-free. The Vice Chancellor of the University, Prof. E. Suresh Kumar, delivered the pledge. Prof Kumar reminded all the attendees that the efforts for a new India should benefit both our fellow beings and our surroundings. He exhorted everyone to take the lead in enriching the lives of the deprived and the poor, in big and small ways, and work towards improving the environment.
