The Passport Seva Kendra (PSK), Panaji, functioning under the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India, will be shifted to its new premises at Royal City of Joy, near Audit Bhawan, Pilerne, Bardez, Goa – 403114, with effect from Monday, 02 November 2026.

The PSK is presently located at Passport Bhavan, 13-A, EDC Complex, Patto Plaza, Panaji, Goa – 403001. All applicants who have scheduled their appointments at the existing PSK Panaji on or after 02 November 2026, are requested to visit the new premises at Pilerne on their scheduled date and time as mentioned in their application receipt.

The Regional Passport Office (RPO), Goa, will continue to function from its existing premises at Passport Bhavan, Patto Plaza, Panaji. Back-office operations of the RPO and other miscellaneous services, including the issuance of Surrender Certificates and Apostille services, will also continue to be provided from the existing office.

The relocation of the PSK to new premises is expected to strengthen passport service delivery in Goa by providing improved infrastructure and enhanced convenience for the public.
