National Council for Vocational Education and Training (NCVET) and Nettur Technical Training Foundation (NTTF) have signed  agreement on 21st July 2026 recognizing NTTF as an Awarding Body (AB–Dual) with pan-India territorial jurisdiction.

The agreement signing ceremony was chaired by Shri Niranjan Kumar Sudhansu, Additional Secretary, Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship and Executive Member, NCVET. The ceremony was also attended by Lt. Col. Vikram Singh Bhati, Director, Recognition, NCVET, Lt Col Saurabh S Bisht, Director, Monitoring, NCVET, Mr. Ravi Tennaty Managing Director, NTTF and Mr. Divyanshu Chauhan, Regional Head – Business, NTTF.

NTTF was recognized in 2023 as an Awarding Body (Standard) with territorial jurisdiction in the State of Karnataka. With the present recognition, NTTF is now eligible to operate as an Awarding Body (Dual) across India in accordance with the NCVET Regulations.
