Sreeshankar Murali who clinched the silver medal in the Men's Long Jump final in  Commonwealth Games 2022 will also participate in the Meet the Champion programme to be held on 29th August .Sreeshankar Murali is a student of Kendriya Vidyalaya, CRPF Centre Pallippuram  Thiruvananthapuram.

National Sports Day is celebrated on August 29, the birth anniversary of hockey legend Major Dhyan Chand. As part of this, 25 Meet the Champion programs have been organized in different parts of the country.
