On the occasion of ‘Raksha Bandhan’, the Department of Posts is offering special service for delivery of ‘Rakhi’ by making available colorful, waterproof and tamper proof special ‘Rakhi’ envelopes at nearby post offices in Goa Division. The Rakhi envelope will help in fast and prompt delivery of ‘Rakhi’ with a minimal cost.
