Mumbai : 18 December 2021

Union Minister for Home Affairs and Cooperation Shri Amit Shah, now on a two day visit to Maharashtra attended the National Corporate Governance Awards Ceremony of Institute of Company Secretaries of India in Mumbai this evening and honoured the award winners.

The ICSI National Awards for Corporate Governance Excellence under different categories of companies.

Other awards were presented under following categories

• Best Secretarial Audit Report Award recognizing importance of secretarial audit report as an effective tool of corporate compliance management
• Corporate Social Responsibility excellence
• Best Practicing Company Secretary firm acknowledging professional excellence,

ICSI Life Time Achievement Award was presented to the founder of Apollo Hospitals Ltd,  Dr. Pratap C Reddy acknowledging his leadership in promoting best corporate governance principles.
