Chhattisgarh Chief Minister, Shri Vishnu Deo Sai calls on Union Agriculture & Farmers Welfare and Rural Development Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan at New Delhi
Union Agriculture & Farmers Welfare, Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan today held a meeting with Chhattisgarh Chief Minister, Shri Vishnu Deo Sai at Krishi Bhawan, New Delhi. A range of issues related to agriculture and farmers welfare in Chhattisgarh came up during the discussions. Chhattisgarh Chief Minister, Shri Vishnu Deo Sai discussed various schemes like PMFBY, RKVY, Oilseeds and other related issues.
Union minister said that the problems of Chhattisgarh farmers’ will be sorted out as per the guidelines of the scheme. Shri Chouhan assured that Agriculture & Farmers Welfare will provide full support for the development of the Chhattisgarh. Secretary Agriculture & Farmers Welfare, Shri Sanjeev Chopra and senior officers of the Agriculture Ministry and Chhattisgarh Government were also present.
