High Density Farming
No such estimate/study regarding high density farming land has been conducted. However, high density plantation of Mango, Guava, Lichti, Pomogarnate, Apple, Citrus etc is supported under Mission for Integrated Development of Horticulture (MIDH), a centrally sponsored scheme implemented by Ministry of Agriculture and FW since 2014-15. A total area of 1.15 lakh hectare has been covered under high density plantation under MIDH with financial support of Rs. 189.78 crorefrom 2014-15 to 2022-23. State-wise details are below:
