The Government is implementing various schemes for promotion and development of animal husbandry, dairying and fisheries sector across the country including tribal areas such as:

   2. National Programme for Dairy Development
   3. Dairy Processing and Infrastructure Development Fund
   4. Supporting Dairy Cooperatives and Farmer Producer Organizations engaged in dairy activities
   5. National Livestock Mission,
   6. Livestock Health and Disease Control
   7. Animal Husbandry Infrastructure Development Fund
   8. National Animal Disease Control Programme
   9. Livestock Census and Integrated Sample Survey
   10. Pradhan Mantri Matsya Sampada Yojana
   11. Fisheries and Aquaculture Infrastructure Development Fund
