C. REASONS FOR SHORTFALL

Company / State

Reasons for shortfall

Mumbai High Offshore

Less than anticipated oil gain from development wells.  Production effected due to high GOR/high water cut and less than anticipated oil gain from Vasai East.  Less line condensate receipt from Off-shore.

The crude throughput in IOC (Guwahati, Brauni, Koyali, Mathura, Bongagaon & Haldia), BPCL (Mumbai & Kochi), HPCL (Mumbai ), ONGC Tatipaka and RIL Jamnagar refineries have exceeded their planned target.

 

The crude throughput in IOC (Panipat & Digboi),  HPCL (Visakh), CPCL (Manali & Narimanam (CBR), NRL (Numaligarh), MRPL Mangalore & EOL (Vadinar)  refineries was less than their planned target.

 

B. REASONS FOR SHORTFALL :

●   T`put restricted due to shutdown in DHDT.

 

IOCL, Digboi

●   T`put restricted due to problem in Wax Hydro Finishing Unit & shutdown in Delayed Coker Unit for steam air decoking.

C.     REASONS FOR SHORTFALL

Less than anticipated production from  B-22 field. 

 

PRIVATE/JVC (Arunanchal Pradesh)

Underperformace of newly drilled wells.  Water & sand ingress in older wells.

 

PRIVATE/JVC (Assam)

Only one well is currently under production.

 

PRIVATE/JVC (West Bengal)

Incidentally produced CBM is being sold in small quantities.

 

PRIVATE/JVC (Rajasthan)

Gas production is less due to decline in NANG production from RDG field.
