Government Condemns Killings of Civilians in Purulia
CPI (Maoist) continued their unabated violence when they abducted and subsequently shot dead seven All India Forward Block (AIFB) Activists including a lady Pradhan of Darda Gram Panchayat in Purulia district of West Bengal on December 16, 2010. All such desperate acts of violence expose the true face of naxals – who in the name of championing the cause of people – in practice terrorise and kill people.
The Government of India condemns these despicable acts on the part of CPI (Maoist) and reassures its commitment to root out the menace of naxalism in its entirety.
