Ten Moderenised Post Offices Inaugurated in Eastern Uttar Pardesh
Better Customer and E- Services Through These Pos Says Sachin Pilot
Sh. Sachin Pilot, the union Minister of State for Communication and Information Technology today dedicated 10 modernized Post Offices to the public in eastern Uttar Pradesh as part of the Project Arrow. With this the total number of modernized Post offices under the project in Uttar Pradesh has gone up to 116.The ten Post Offices dedicated today are Jaunpur, Hardoi, Bahraich, Balrampur, Mau, Kunarghat, Hamirpur, Barabanki and Akbarpur.Shri Pilot informed that process of computerization of 13 more Post Offices identified under Project Arrow is already underway.The Minister said that this is a very prestigious project of the Department of Posts to raise selected Post Offices in the country to offer much better customer services and e-services.In Uttar Pradesh total 129 Post offices have been identified for modernization under the project.
