Dear Sir/Madam,

            The Song & Drama Division, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting in collaboration with Andaman and Nicobar Administration is conducting a sound and light programme “Samar Yatra” from August 9-15, 2006 at Sirifort Auditorium.  The programme, based on the theme of freedom struggle of India, depicts 90 years of history of freedom struggle from 1857 to 1947.  The production has been prepared keeping in mind, especially the need and re-orientate the younger generation regarding various aspects of freedom movement. 

            A special show has been arranged for media on August 8, 2006 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Sirifort Auditorium, Khel Gaon, New Delhi.
