The President has accepted the resignation of Dr. Ashwani Kumar as Governor of Nagaland and has appointed Dr. Krishan Kant Paul, Governor of Meghalaya, to discharge the functions of the Governor of Nagaland, in addition to his own duties, until regular arrangements for the office of the Governor of Nagaland are made.
