Vice President Releases Book “Hashiye Par Padi Duniya”
The Vice President of India Shri M. Hamid Ansari released a book entitled “Hashiye Par Padi Duniya” written by Late Shri Balkrishna Gupta at a function here today. Addressing on the occasion, the he said that the title of the book is unique and self-explanatory. Nothing much has been written on the history of ‘Socialism” and this book is a good effort in highlighting the aspects of Socialism.
The Vice President called upon the people to read first four lines of our Constitution and opined that every school children should also read it. He congratulated the editor and publisher of the book for bringing out such a useful book and said that it should reach to the masses.
The book is a compilation of writings and speeches of prominent socialist leader late Shri Balkrishna Gupta, who was a confidant of Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia. It is edited by Shri Anurag Chaturvedi and Shri Sareang Upadhyaya.
